Double Impact is a registered charity and not for profit organisation, established in 1998. We believe that with the right support everybody can recover and that in recovery anything is possible.

We are looking for a Family and Carers Recovery Worker to join the team, who is passionate about supporting people in recovery and their families, carers and significant others. Has some experience of facilitating group work and of working with families and carers in some capacity.

In this role you will work closely with colleagues and peer mentors, supporting families, carers and significant others, to help them to feel heard, seen and supported. You will develop good professional relationships with staff within NRN as well as externally.

You will help us to build a culture of individual aspiration, spreading the messages amongst service users and families, carers and significant others that recovery is worth aspiring to and helping families, carers and significant others to support others in their recovery journey.

Candidates will ideally have basic IT Skills and familiarity with basic IT packages and systems. Successful candidates will uphold the values of Double Impact at all times, championing recovery and possibility thinking – a true motivator to others.
