As a natural progression of our focus on learning and education as a vehicle for our service users to achieve a sustained recovery, we have pursued and achieved Recognised Centre status through Certa, an education awarding body (previously the Open College Network).
This allows us to deliver a range of accredited courses in-house by our own staff, and assure that the quality of this delivery is of the highest standard. Furthermore, we are able to design our own units and courses to meet the changing needs of our students, and respond quickly to feedback and evaluation of their learning experience.
The different units and courses delivered by our Academies, make up a Level 2 Progression Award, which is a substantial achievement for service users to take with them. They are able to demonstrate to prospective employers or mainstream education providers, that their time with us has been well spent and use it to open new doors.
